When budget is the constraint
When the budget won’t stretch to Signature for everyone, Essential still gets you consistent, properly lit, professionally finished headshots across the whole team. About one to two minutes per person, selection handled afterward. Fewer minutes in front of the camera, same standard behind it.
On-location: we bring the studio to your office. $250. · Every quote is a fixed number before we book the day. Your images are yours to use anywhere, forever, with no licensing fees and no expiration.

A second image on us
We’re new to Lincoln, and our first clients get the best of it:a second retouched image included with every person photographed, in exchange for an honest Google review and permission to feature the session in our launch content.
The second image comes from the same session and the same setup as the first. It’s a second choice from what we shot, not a second look.

Answers before you ask
How long does each person need?
An Essential session runs about 1 to 2 minutes per person. A Signature session runs 5 to 10 minutes of shooting, plus time afterward to sit down and pick your images. We schedule for the session type you choose, so the day fits your office instead of the other way around.
Do you come to our office, or do we come to you?
Either. We bring the full studio to your Lincoln office for a $250 on-location fee, or your team comes to the studio.
What if someone misses photo day?
That’s the Partner Program. Anyone who missed, and anyone hired later, comes to the studio and is photographed to match, on the same rate card and with the same lighting and look.
How fast do we get our images?
Signature images are usually delivered within a week of the shoot. Essential images are delivered about a week after everyone has made their selections, and selection typically takes one to two weeks.
What should our team wear?
We send a short prep guide before the shoot. Short version: solid colors, sleeves, and whatever they’d wear to meet an important client.
Do we own the images?
Yes. Full rights to use them anywhere, forever. No licensing fees, no usage restrictions, no expiration.
What does it cost for a team of 10? Of 50?

Can you match our existing headshots?
Yes. If you have a look already established, we can match lighting, background, and crop so new photos sit next to old ones without looking like a different company.
Where is your studio?
We photograph on-site at your Lincoln office, and in studio space in Lincoln by appointment. Studio address is confirmed when you book.

Lincoln Headshot Company is the Lincoln operation of Omaha Headshot Company, established 2006. Lane Hickenbottom, a University of Nebraska–Lincoln graduate and former Lincoln Journal Star staff photographer, leads the work. Atira Barnett, a Lincoln resident and Nebraska Wesleyan University graduate, runs the Lincoln operation.
Same team, same standards, and the same equipment as the Omaha studio that has photographed more than 600 professionals in 2026 alone.
