We build the day to be efficient, not rushed. Your team moves through on a schedule that works, and the person in front of the camera gets real direction: where to put their weight, what to do with their hands, how to look like themselves on a Tuesday afternoon.
Knowing what to do with those extra minutes is the entire difference between a photo someone tolerates and one they actually want to use.

Tell us how many people and where. We build the schedule around your office, on-site anywhere in Lincoln or in studio, and can give your team a simple sign-up so you never touch a spreadsheet.
Shoot
Photo day runs itself. Each person is coached through their session and back to their office when it’s done. On a Signature day they choose their image on the spot. No production disruption, no all-day shutdown.
Deliver
Everyone gets one retouched image, consistent and correctly cropped, with full-resolution and social-sized downloads ready for your website, LinkedIn, and anything else you need. Typically within a week for Signature.

One rate card. Every company, same numbers.
Budget it before you call. What you pay per person depends on how many people we photograph in a session, not how big your company is. A five-person firm and a five-hundred-person employer pay the same per head.
Signature
The full session
Five to ten minutes of coached shooting per person, plus time to sit down and choose your image on the spot. This is the session that produces photos people actually want to use. Delivered in about a week.
Essential
When budget is the constraint
When the budget won’t stretch to Signature for everyone, Essential still gets you consistent, properly lit, professionally finished headshots across the whole team. About one to two minutes per person, then everyone chooses from their own proofing gallery. Fewer minutes in front of the camera, same standard behind it.
On-location: we bring the studio to your office. $250 per photo day, not per person.
You pay for who shows up. Book nine people and eight walk in? You pay for eight.

Photo day doesn’t end at photo day
Someone will be out sick. Someone starts in March. With our Partner Program, anyone who misses your shoot comes to the studio later and is photographed to match, on our standard per-person rate, with the same lighting and the same look. Your staff page stays complete all year, not just the week we visited.
