Twenty years of business, writing new chapters
Omaha Headshot Company opened in 2006 as Lane Photographics and has spent two decades photographing Nebraska professionals, more than 800 of them in 2026 alone. Rebranded to Omaha Headshot Company in 2019 and expanded into Lincoln in 2026. Lincoln Headshot Company is that same operation, same standards, same equipment, put where it always belonged: in Lincoln.
The plan is older than it looks. The Lincoln brand and logo was created in 2020, and then the world had other ideas that spring. The launch was postponed, not abandoned. 2026 is the year it finally happens, thirty years after the owner’s first professional assignment in this city.
Our dedication to excellence hasn’t changed in twenty years: anyone can be quick, we use the time. A headshot session here is coached and unhurried, because knowing what to do with a few extra minutes is the entire difference between a photo someone tolerates and one they actually love.

Atira Barnett
Lincoln Operations / Photographer
Lincoln resident and graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University. Runs the Lincoln operation day to day.
Sarah Hickenbottom
Office Manager
Handles retouching, delivery and invoicing, so every image that leaves the studio has been through her hands.
